At The Town we want to  help you discover God’s purpose and plan for your life. You were created in His image – this is big news! There are many doors to enter at The Town in order to get connected with others and with God. Whether you are looking to become a member, join a men's or women's group, or begin attending youth group, your next step begins here.

Our Discover track is held several times a year as a weekend intensive and on the first Sunday of every month if you'd like to spread it out. Discover  consists of four steps designed to help you discover your part and purpose in God’s plan here at The Town.

Learn about God's invitation into a grand redemptive story. The Bible is not primarily a rule book, but a story of how God means to reconcile this world and His people to Himself. We have a part in God's purposes.

After we know that God has a big purpose for His kingdom and His people, we will learn how He has invited us into the story and the role that the church plays in God's invitation.

God has empowered and equipped every person in the Church to be a part of His redemptive plan and purpose. Everything about you has equipped you to be a part of His plan and purpose.

The Christian faith is always a serving faith. We believe God has called His people out of darkness and into the light of the Gospel in order to serve Him and serve others.

Community Groups are the heartbeat of life and mission at The Town. These small groups meet in people's homes throughout the week. Community Groups are dedicated to doing life together. We were meant to be in community with God and with others. This is where things get real. When life throws its worst at us, we need others to help us along.

When Do Community Groups Meet?

Community Groups meet throughout the week on various times and days. You can pick a day that works with your schedule. We always encourage everyone to try out a few groups to see where they can best serve and do life with others.

Where Do Community Groups Meet?

Community Groups meet in people's homes throughout M.O.T., Newark, Bear, and Cecil County. Chances are, there is a Community Group meeting pretty close to where you do life.

What Do Community Groups Do?

Community Groups adopt an Acts 2:42 mission. We fellowship, we eat together, we study the Bible together, we pray for one another and we meet one another's needs. There is also a focus on reaching others who are far from God and inviting them into our groups.
